My grandma’s apple cake

3 dl of wheat-flour
1.5 dl of sugar
1.5 dl of soured milk
75 gram of butter
2 tsp of baking-powder
cinnamon, sugar and vanilla sugar to sprinkle
apples

Stir wheat-flour, sugar and baking-powder. Add soured milk and melted butter. Save some melted butter to sprinkle on top at the end. Put the mixture in a baking-tin and push (wedge-shaped) slices of peeled apples into the mix, sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixing and finally sprinkle the rest of the melted butter on top. Put the cake in the lower part of an oven at 175 degrees centigrade, about 40 minutes.
